At Wearock, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Items purchased on sale, clearance, or under final-sale promotions may not be eligible for returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Innerwear, socks, or hygiene-related products.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Damaged products due to misuse.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@wearock.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided address.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or wrongly shipped.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are possible for size or color (subject to availability).
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll process a refund instead.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
